I get it, I know that visiting a new salon may feel a little intimidating, especially if you're unsure of what to expect. To help make sure your first visit is as seamless and comfortable for you as possible I have compiled some helpful information to share with you.
Before your appointment...
Expect to receive a reminder text 24-72 hours before your appointment. If you need to change your appointment or cancel please do so within 24 hours to avoid a rebooking fee of $50. No shows are charged for the full appointment. Because I don't double book, I do run a very efficient schedule and I strive to run on time, if you are running more than 5-10 minutes late I may not have time for every service booked.
Please come to the salon with clean dry hair.

Arriving at the salon...
Once you arrive to the salon suites, I'm the first suite on the right, feel free to pop your head in if you have any questions or want to let me know you're here. You’ll take a seat in our waiting area till I'm ready, make yourself comfortable! Restrooms are down the hall, last two doors on the left.
Once I'm ready, I’ll come and officially introduce myself to you and we’ll head into my suite. You’ll tell me everything about your hair- what you love, what you dislike, and we will come up with a plan!
Once we are both in love with your new hair, I will show you which products I recommended for your specific hair type.
I will then recommend when I would love to see you again and I'll help you schedule your next appointment.
